Body view
Here you can see the patients body and manipulate the ultrasound transducer. Use mouse to set the position and angles of the transducer.
Press and hold left mouse button to select the position.
Click inside the orange circle to set the desired angles.
Use mouse wheel to rotate the transducer. The projection will be delayed until you stop the rotation.
The virtual transducer object contains:
orange circle - in which you can click to adjust the angles - it changes according to the patients body curvature.
transducer body with red marker on top,
and red and green lines for better understanding the projection.
Controls
This panel allows you to select the dataset to work with. It might take some time to load it into the memory, so be patient when changing to unloaded set.
Controls
You can increase projection quality.
Use proxy connection when your network has only 80 port available. It is slower, but will work in most cases.
There are also buttons to stop, pause/start animation.
Toggle Body/CT view
This button changes between patient's body and X-ray view.
Transducer manipulator
With this buttons you can adjust the transducer position and angles.
The slider adjusts the step size
TTE virtual screen
This is the main screen of the CT2TTE application. The projections created on the server are presented on this virtual monitor.
Depending on the connection and server utilization the projections might appear delayed. Please check the led in the lower corner - if its red, the projection is not complete yet.
Depth slider
This slider is used to change the depth of the ultrasound propagation.
Cross sections
This image shows the cross sections of the patients body at the point selected in Body view. It also shows the normal vector to the body surface at the selected point, not the transducer orientation yet.
The led
This led indicates the projection completeness. If it is red, the projection or animation are not fully loaded.
